There was a third person inside Paul Pelosi’s house on Friday when he was attacked by suspect David DePape according to a report by NBC News.
NBC investigative correspondent Tom Winter confirmed Sunday morning on Meet the Press that there was a third person inside the home that opened the door for police.
San Francisco Police Chief Bill Scott indicated there was a third person during a press conference on Friday evening, when he recounted details of what occurred when police arrived on the scene.
“When the officers arrived and knocked on the front door of the residence this morning the door was opened by someone inside and the officers observed through the open door, Mr. Pelosi and the suspect Mr. DePape inside the entryway of the home,” Scott said.
He said the police officers on the scene remained outside the home and spotted Pelosi and DePape inside the entryway, each struggling over a hammer.
When officers ordered the pair to drop the hammer, Scott said, DePape allegedly pulled the hammer away from Pelosi and struck him on the head.
He said that Pelosi was “struck at least once” before officers tackled DePape to the ground.

The story is more simple than that... Paul and his butty left the gay bar at two, went to Pauls trysting place, stripped down to essentials, couldn’t agree on price for services. Butty started screaming he was going to tell Nancy everything, where’s Nancy. Paul light in the loafers grabs hammer. Two local police come to do wellness check and observe two gay guys in their panties arguing. They watch until Butty grabs the hammer and whacks Paul, then grab Butty. Now they, the cops, realize they are in deep doo doo.
Maybe on advice from their Chief, they bust a window with their boot (One plane, not a hammer blow, too small to crawl through, not next to handle) and make up sorry about home invasion. People do not function well under stress and that’s why the story is so discombobulated.
This is not necessarily true. All it really establishes is that there were a minimum of three people in the house.
It is entirely possible that there was a rump ranger convention, a gay orgy if you will, going on inside the house when Paul Pelosi called 911.
And, it might just be that the usual etiquitte at a gay orgy is to allow as many bathroom breaks as anyone wants. This could easily explain why Paul Pelosi was allowed to use the bathroom.
Suspicion is that there was a meeting at a gay bar and a commercial transaction was arranged. The party moves to the Pelosi pad and dirty deeds are done. Then the male prostitute looks around and says "I want more". There is a falling out and things go south.

I have to believe Pelosi residence has many staff members. I am sure Nancy does not cook much at home or make icecream at home. So the whole episode is strange, because Paul was not home alone. And it is fun to conjecture here, but we should focus on issues which are rated top 4 or 5 by voters.
I have to believe your MIL is not a Billionaire. The Pelosi’s are very rich, in the Billionaire class. The house has multiple security systems and a bunch of staff atthe residence. I don’t think Mr Pelosi vaccums the house and does the dirty dishes. What I am getting at is it is extremely unlikely Mr Pelosi was only occupant in the house at the time of incident.
But you are right about being in 80’s is nothing now-a-days. I am 82, and mow my lawn everyh week with a push mower (not self propelled). I do maintenance on our 2 cars, as I have been doing for 60+ years. I am the care giver for my wife who is fighting stage-4 cancer and can hardly walk any more. I do all the shopping, all the cooking, all the cleaning, and drive her to many medical treatments and appointments. Fortunately I have no health issues and amazing energy. It has to be the working out in gym every other day.
So yes, 80’s is no need to get weak and feeble. The lack of exercise makes one weak and feeble with age.
