I have to believe your MIL is not a Billionaire. The Pelosi’s are very rich, in the Billionaire class. The house has multiple security systems and a bunch of staff atthe residence. I don’t think Mr Pelosi vaccums the house and does the dirty dishes. What I am getting at is it is extremely unlikely Mr Pelosi was only occupant in the house at the time of incident.
But you are right about being in 80’s is nothing now-a-days. I am 82, and mow my lawn everyh week with a push mower (not self propelled). I do maintenance on our 2 cars, as I have been doing for 60+ years. I am the care giver for my wife who is fighting stage-4 cancer and can hardly walk any more. I do all the shopping, all the cooking, all the cleaning, and drive her to many medical treatments and appointments. Fortunately I have no health issues and amazing energy. It has to be the working out in gym every other day.
So yes, 80’s is no need to get weak and feeble. The lack of exercise makes one weak and feeble with age.
I am 76 and take care of three properties and 4 vehicles. I don’t crawl under them and change the oil. I stopped that 3 years ago when I came down with stage IV aggressive cancer. Treatment is tough but beats dying. I just cannot imagine a rich 80 year old important elite man living alone in that large house at night. As we can tell from the MSM stories we will never know the true story.
