i doubt the court of appeals will overturn this. I would like to take Cuomo to civil court for his ridiculous mandates like making me buy food with a drink at a bar, insane amount of authority given to these political tards.

How many people had to move out?
What about their current employers?

First thing they need to do is nab that CRIMINAL Cuomo former governor and charge him with violating these peoples’ rights and THEN charge him for the murder of over 12,000 seniors he put in Covid-infected nursing homes. CRIMINAL
The NY Supreme Court is only a trial court, it is not an appellate court, it is not the highest tier of NY courts.
It should have never had to go to the court to begin with.....’abuse of power’ is unending in this nation.
we should be allowed to sue Cuomo personally in civil court for damages. That would put a stop to this nonsense.

I believe there is a NY State Supreme Court but the highest state court is the Court of Appeals.

Took long enough. Why is it that when government employees don’t work they get back pay? This happen in PA when government is shut down because there’s no budget. It’s almost like a game they play. You can’t work, wink-wink, but you know you’ll get paid. It’s not like people in government actually work to begin with.
I consider it significant that they note in the ruling, that the vaccine does not prevent contracting or spreading of the virus... if this isn’t overruled on appeal it will be a significant reference for people fighting mandates elsewhere.

It's a NY county court, not to be confused with a NY County court (Manhattan).
Specifically, it's Richmond County (Staten Island).
Yep. NY calls their trial courts Supreme Courts.
Our government offics are nothing more these days then clearing houses for lawsuits.....and we’re paying for it.
