The NY Supreme Court is only a trial court, it is not an appellate court, it is not the highest tier of NY courts.
I consider it significant that they note in the ruling, that the vaccine does not prevent contracting or spreading of the virus... if this isn’t overruled on appeal it will be a significant reference for people fighting mandates elsewhere.
