Anybody got a link to the rationale behind this decision? Was it a decision to reject the writ of certiorari? Is SCOTUS not the Court of Original Jurisdiction or some other understandable reason?

The failure of the Roberts court to bring that case resulted in the complete destruction of equal rights clause of the constitution.
Only state LEGISLATURES can change or alter election laws within each state. Not some hack activist state court system or corrupt crime infested state administration.
