The US hasn’t built a major refinery since the mid 70’s, and the CEO of Chevron says it’s very possible that another refinery may never be built.

Maybe Trump should make a public statement, that when he is president again, new refineries will be built.

A top Saudi official has blamed The entire US should blame Joe Biden for higher gas prices for not allowing extraction of after claiming the president should have extracted more oil from US wells.

Hey Biden, full spectrum energy independence is the armor-piercing shell that destroys OPEC's ability to "F with a Biden", you feckless demented CIC.

They lie about Ukraine and anything the UK government tell them to lie or embellish at the Daily Mail.

Same as our media in the US.

“When he’s right, he’s right”

As Ben Franklin pointed out, what really stings in a rebuke, is the truth.

Sounds like they speak the truth, something that’s foreign to our own government nowadays.

The whole world sees it.

Hell, Europe would be in a much better position had Biden maximized US domestic oil and gas production instead of doing all he could to hobble it.

But then the DM is regularly a source of news in FR, as in this case (and at least a dozen more today) without a quibble, as long as the news is palatable.

The problem as I see it is what happens after the Rs take majorities in the House and Senate? Passing bills that rescind Xiden’s executive orders that attack our domestic oil production will be easy in the House but without a 2/3 majority in the Senate, nothing will get by Xiden’s veto pen. The Rs will need 12-15 D senators to vote with the Rs to override vetoed bills. And as we all know any D that votes with the Rs is risking their political life and possibly their actual life and the lives of their families. The real president (Obama along with Rice, Holder, ValJar, etc) have no problem with using permanent solutions on those who are not blindly and completely loyal.

“Join the club, we’ve got jackets.”

There won’t be enough jackets to go around, so many are wanting to join that club that has no respect for President “Brandon”.

Are quickly printed T-shirts OK?

” ‘With due respect, the reason you have high prices in the United States is because you have a refining shortage that has been in existence for more than 20 years. You haven’t built refineries in decades.’”

Makes a good point. Nor have we built any nuclear reactors which would have solved most of the enviroweenies problems with petroleum. I love the law of unintended consequences. It’s like the law of gravity, but for liberals.

A lot of the current price is Biden’s fault.

On the other hand, when was the last time we built a refinery?
We need more refineries and more nuke plants for greater independence.
Of course neither will probably happen...
