If this is legal then it is legal theft.

Any honest agency would return people property if they were not involved with crimes.

What does that have to do with the people using the service? Are they to have their property stolen, simply because the company they used plead guilty to a conspiracy charge?

As stated, none of the customers have been charged with any crime.

When the feds go after you, you have two choices:

1. Fight them and be buried under years of continuances and millions in legal fees

2. Plea bargain to a lesser charge
