Ukraine is requesting plant employees do not cede control to Russia. What power does Ukraine have to do that? The Russians will do what they want.
Russia has been dealing with nuclear power and nuclear bombs almost as long as America has.
They know how to operate nuclear plants.

What are they going to do, imprison them if they cooperate? Their families? Zelensky could very well do that. He recently threatened to jail any Ukrainians who voted in the referendum to join Russia. Zelensky is the Ukrainian Biden. He jails political opponents and those who don’t agree with him.
