Sen. Mitch McConnell unleashes vicious October surprise on fellow Republican Senate candidate Kelly Tshibaka

The airwaves are full of the latest “kill shot” on Senate candidate Kelly Tshibaka.

In this ad, the Senate Majority Leadership Fund, run by Senate Minority Leader Sen. Mitch McConnell, makes it appear that Tshibaka actually confesses to committing fraud when she was employed by the federal government. It’s a lie, but this is McConnell’s attempt to prop up Sen. Lisa Murkowski, and this is after all, October, the witching month when the worst of the political ads hit the airwaves.

McConnell has gone against the Alaska Republican Party, which endorsed Thsibaka over 18 months ago, censured Murkowski, and asked Murkowski to leave the party.

“Mitch McConnell has obviously decided he prefers a senator who is a more dependable vote for Joe Biden than anything else. In doing that, he’s ignoring the official position of the Alaska Republican Party, which is that Lisa Murkowski has to go. These ads attacking Kelly Tshibaka are an attempt to override the views of tens of thousands of Alaska Republicans,” said Mary Ann Pruitt, consultant to the campaign.

“This is a dark money ad full of lies. Kelly Tshibaka’s job was to keep federal employees honest, and some of them filed complaints against her in retaliation. Following a full investigation, she was exonerated and was, in fact, subsequently promoted, proving how ridiculous this ad is,” Pruitt said.

“After 21 years in the Senate, Lisa Murkowski knows Alaskans can see that she’s become too liberal and sides with the D.C. insiders over Alaska residents. And her D.C. pals are coming to her defense with smear tactics like this dishonest, negative attack ad. Murkowski always tells us that she’s against dark money — except when it’s being spent to benefit her,” Pruitt said.

McConnell HAS to go as R leader of the Senate whether or not the R’s take the Senate. There is very little reason for the Rs to take back the Senate if they are going to keep McConnell in charge. His actions in Alaska and Arizona alone should be enough to get him outta there!

I really want to see Tshibaka, Masters and Vance in the next Senate. I feel confident about the latter two. I hope Alaskans are disgusted enough by the RINO Establishment to vote Murkowski out too.

And how many articles will come from National Review or the like, or comments from those on FR and other sites about how Pres Trump needs to tone down his rhetoric and stop picking fights and insulting Republicans?

McConnell is the personification of EVERYTHING that is wrong with DC and government....local, state and federal.

So many will get on here and talk about how DeSantis is everything that Pres Trump is, but he doesn’t resort to the mean tweets and condescending language.

Others on here will point to the fact that Chao was Pres Trump’s Transportation Secretary and how Pres Trump had some bad appointments.

Another way to look at it, IMHO, is that McConnell gave him a list of approved folks to pick from, otherwise there wouldn’t be any confirmations. And because of that, after showing their complete incompetence and allegiance to the Deep State, they were fired and replaced. Thus the constant conflict between Pres Trump and McConnell.

DeSantis is proving to be a great Governor, but for now, I’ll take the mean tweets and condescending language all day, every day. Because it seems like that’s what gets peoples attention.

But, at the end of the day, its the RNC and state GOPs that allow and create monsters like McConnell, Thune, Rubio, Barasso, and all the others. All starts locally.

Don’t be afraid of McConnell’s money. He along with the other usual subjects dumped a ton of money into Washington State District 3 trying desperately to keep GOPe Princess Jaime Herrera-Beutler’s ass in her seat. They failed miserably.

The constituents of that district saw through the chicanery are sending a genuine conservative fighter, (Joe Kent), to November’s General Election who will win and be heading to D.C. come January 2023. Alaskans can, should and IMHO, WILL replace this terrible GOPe hag.

When are Republicans going to get the guts to remove McConnell? The people of Kentucky may be stupid enough to vote for him, but he does not have to be the leader in the senate.

“When are Republicans going to get the guts to remove McConnell?”

He’s hand-picked most of the Republican Senate caucus (and made sure his hand-picked guys won and his detractors lost).

The Senate SHOULD NOT be choosing its own membership. The NRSC should be disbanded. Because you get what we have: an arrogant self-supporting oligarchy who can’t be removed until they die, retire, or are defeated by a Democrat.

Tshibaka needs to work a picture of Mitch into every ad from now on - a punchable face if I’ve ever seen one.

I’m old enough to know some things... but I learned our government is controlled by absolute scum of the earth.. they are not human.. they are rabid dogs..

Getting Trump in the office of the President... the light.. brought out the dark corrupt evil.. showed what our government is.. stinkin rats!

They feed off each other.

McConnell and his band of GOPers sat on the laptop to get this controllable senile in position.

That laptop has more than enough to have (if we had a justice dept) charged them both.
Money.. children.. one sick family.. and they are in the White House..

The border wide open and human.child trafficking, and more deaths at the border than any place can manage. The bodies are given a number and buried.

Schools are having to deal with hundreds more illegal students.. and our own children will not get all that would have been without the extra load.

McConnell is proud of his part in the destruction of our great country. They have no soul.. just blind power!

It’s weird how both parties pick the worst people for leadership.

Under our present system, more often that not, ONLY those that can be CONTROLLED and will keep their nose up the DEEP STATE'S A$$ are in positions of leadership.

Republicans in Kentucky elected him, and getting “empowered” is a matter of seniority, usually. Although each new Congress gets to have an election, and contest the seat of Majority Leader in the Senate and Speaker in the House, despite seniority. Theoretically, anyway.
