Target 11 has learned that the 15-year-old student who had just transferred into Oliver Citywide Academy last week and allegedly raped a teacher inside a classroom was accused of attacking a staff member at a behavioral health center earlier this year.
According to law enforcement sources, the student slammed a staff member against the wall, and tried to take her clothes off.
He also allegedly broke a plastic cup over her head.
When police arrived, she was bleeding from her ear, according to sources familiar with the case.
The injured staff member then told police she didn’t want to press charges.
Sources say last Thursday morning here at Oliver Academy the student walked into a classroom, locked the door and began attacking a teacher who was alone in the room.
He allegedly threatened to kill her and then tore her clothes off and sexually assaulted her.
When she began screaming, he slammed her head on a desk.
He’s now in custody at a juvenile facility, facing a host of charges including rape, indecent assault, aggravated assault and strangulation.

What’s the ethnicity of the perpetrator?
Give you two guesses what his race was, and the first guess doesn’t count.
The lack of a description is a description.
Rape is just their culture. Please be respectful of diversity. It is our national religion.
The perpetrator is of that race known as “wood-chipper fodder” ...
Bind them hand and foot and feed them in feet first.
Pittsburgh Public School District is majority minority, (mostly black). The population of the City and the School District both keep shrinking. The City is half the population it was in 1930. In 1907, it was the sixth largest city in the USA. Now it is number 68. The school population has gotten poorer and blacker as time has gone on.
The first teacher he attacked did not want to press charges.
I wonder why. Perhaps she did not want to see him get a criminal record?
But if that was her motivation, if she thought he had learned a lesson and would stay out of trouble in the future, her judgment was bad.
“… The injured staff member then told police she didn’t want to press charges.…”

Such “kindness” is killing our civilization.
Why didn’t she shoot him?
It’s a dead give away when the report does not mention the perps ethnicity. It’s the same ethnicity of the mobs that you see on the security camera footage breaking into and looting stores and beating up and robing old people on the streets. Does that answer your question?
The root cause of the problem just revealed itself. Hope things work out as planned for the staff member.
🤔
I have no idea, but maybe this school district has a form of the Promise Program, which allowed Nickolas Cruz, before he committed mass murder, to commit offenses that would get a white student expelled.
On a radio talk show many years ago, a black man called into the talk radio station that had a call in segment. He discussed whatever the talk show was about and then mentioned that he was nervous because he had just been robbed at gunpoint and actually knew the guy who robbed him. The talk show host was shocked and asked if he needed to get off the phone to call the police. The man softly said, “No, I’m not going to put a bruthuh in jail” and that was that.
The teacher raped who didn’t press charges probably won’t even lose sleep every night knowing that if she had pressed charges, maybe the other woman wouldn’t have been raped.
And what type of free pass/let's-look-the-other-way was that student given, to be accepted into said Academy?

Makes me think that the kids parents are important, or connected or both or maybe she’s white and the kids is a “protected class” and or possibly a highly recruited athlete.
Re: 9 - Very sad. Years ago Arnold was a blue color working town. Now, it’s not a nice place to be at night. Even Monroeville has changed a lot, and not for the better.
