No rain for us for at least another week. *sigh*
Yes, harvesting is still going on all around us. We had a crazy spring and planting stretched out for quite a while so harvest is following suit.

I saw raindrops on the Lake Hood cam last night and a little frost on a couple of rooftops this morning. “Lovely” weather you’re having up there. brrrrrrrrrr

Ready for the new week? Is your creek running clear? All your trees in good shape?

Our creek is high from some rain everyday, and snow is on the mountains.

The remnants of Ian have been slowly raining out over the region. 7/10 yesterday and about the same today, but barely a noticeable rise to the creeks and NO BROWN WATER.

Brown water means more sediments into the Chesapeake Bay...not a good thing.
