Belorussians will either flee to Poland or Lithuania seeking political asylum, or rebel against Putin’s crony. This is a laughable threat. Lukashenko lacks political legitimacy domestically to do this. Putin lacks the men at arms to prop up Lukashenko while he wages war in Ukraine.
Belarus only has about 60k in their military. Where are they getting the other 60k?

I doubt that Belarus has even half that number of troops available to fight in the Ukraine or anywhere else.

Belarus isn’t going to mobilize 200k troops to Ukraine.
They could barely get troops to go to the border.
A few months info the offensive, Russia was engaged in a hugh buildup of men, equipment, and ammo. Belarus joining the fight with 100K soldiers might be cover for that fighting capacity they have stockpiled.
Belarus is one of America’s most hostile intelligence threats. Should the Ukraine attack Belarus’ directly, this tiny strategic Nation could, if they field 100K troops exhaust the Ukraine’s existing manpower.
Russia’s “Special Military Operation” to “De-Nazify Ukraine” has not succeeded. NATO will assist. Armed forces of NATO will be occupying Western, Northern and Central Ukraine with the goal of apprehending any Nazis present. To protect against possible Nazi counterattack, these forces will be accompanied by appropriate counter battery and anti-air capabilities. AWACS coverage will also be present to monitor possible Nazi counterattacks. The Ukrainian Army will be driven from western, northern and central Ukraine into the eastern and southern parts of the country. Any attempts to attack NATO forces will be presumed to be of Nazi origin and swiftly dealt with.
