Shocking surveillance footage shows a woman being viciously assaulted by a homeless man in a Queens subway station after ignoring him on a train, police said Monday.
The attack happened just after 5 a.m. Sept. 20 as the 33-year-old victim tried to exit the northbound A train at the Howard Beach stop without engaging with the vagrant, cops said.
The suspect, 41-year-old Waheed Foster — who has two prior busts for attacking women — then chased the woman off the train, attacking her near the subway entrance, cops said.
The sickening footage shows Foster throwing the woman into the wall before repeatedly punching and kicking her on the ground, cops said.
At one point, the video captures another straphanger trying to jump in to help the woman, but Foster chases him away.

Is anyone really surprised at this? This is part of the New York City “experience” package just like every other Democrat city has.
It’s going to take force — more and more likely, lethal force — to get this under control. Even many subhumans like this one don’t necessarily want to die.
And probably released without bail for this attack too.

If the victim can, she needs to sue the City for allowing a superpredator with “two prior busts for attacking women” to be on the loose to do this. He is obviously either insane or a vicious crminal (or both). Why in hell wasn’t this scum in prison?

That means that there were 4,000 or more crimes actually committed. Only serious crimes caught on camera are actually reported. Why bother to report a crime if the cops, DAs, judges, and politicians don’t want to do anything about them?
