Sen. Mitch McConnell (R-KY) has reportedly changed his mind on Republican chances of retaking control of the Senate in the midterm elections.

Previously in doubt that Sen. Rick Scott’s (R-FL) plan at the National Republican Senatorial Committee (NRSC) would yield positive results, McConnell was cautiously optimistic Republicans will gain the majority, the Chamber of Commerce told Axios.

McConnell attended a closed-door meeting on Monday at the chamber, where he said Republicans’ chances of retaking the Senate have improved. McConnell has previously claimed it was more likely Republicans would retake the House than the Senate.

McConnell’s words are notable because he has publicly opposed Scott’s plan of defeating Democrats in 2022.

Scott’s plan entailed spending early money in the Senate races, thus “defining” Democrats early and impacting the media’s polling.

This UniParty hack needs to be gone.
How many times has Mitch, the Beotch, snatched RAT defeat from the jaws of victory? Too many times. He needs to go.

When I read that McConnell has told Lindsay Graham to stop the abortion pandering, then I will believe that Mitch has changed his mind.

Bingo. We need to make it clear to our Senators and Representatives that the status quo is unacceptable, and they will be primaried in 24 if they put these Deep State stooges back in charge.

His sole job is numbers. That’s it. He should ensure every candidate wins whether he likes them or not. Same with voters to. The time for choosing was during the primary. After, you vote for who is the Republican in the general. So many times throughout history, voters screw themselves because they’re Pet candidate didn’t win. If only the voters in Georgia would’ve voted for the two Republicans we wouldn’t of had all the crap the last two years. But no Lyn Wood had to tell conservative to stay home and the idiots did.

I’ve applied this to politicians pretty much my entire life: Ignore what they say and focus on what they do.

It’s why I went from being skeptical of Trump to now seeing him as the best president in the 20th and 21st centuries.

Keeping the same GOP Swampers in “leadership” positions guarantees no change. Just more missed opportunities.

If the Republican party were a publicly held company and McConnell was the CEO, he and his wife would be in prison for corruption, malfeasance and treason.
