One of the stunning facts of the age is the continued prominence of Donald Trump. His candidates did well in the GOP primaries this year. He won more votes in 2020 than he did in 2016. His favorability ratings within his party have been high and basically unchanged since late 2016. In a range of polls, some have actually shown Trump leading President Joe Biden in a race for reelection in 2024.
His prominence is astounding because over the past seven years the American establishment has spent enormous amounts of energy trying to discredit him. Those of us in this establishment correctly identified Trump as a grave threat to American democracy. The task before us was clear. We were never going to shake the hard-core MAGA folks. The job was to peel away independents and those Republicans offended by and exhausted by his antics.
Many strategies were deployed in order to discredit Trump. There was the immorality strategy: Thousands of articles were written detailing his lies and peccadilloes. There was the impeachment strategy: Investigations were launched into his various scandals and outrages. There was the exposure strategy: Scores of books were written exposing how shambolic and ineffective the Trump White House really was.

To lead the left in this war, Biden doesn’t have to be honest, moral or competent; he just has to be seen taking the fight to the “deplorables, Bible clingers and gun-totin' pickup drivers"; for no one really cares that gas is STILL nearly double the cost it was when Joe was elected, or that queers and mutilators seem to running our schools, or that California is an indicator for the USA to come, or that inflation is around '8 percent', or that MV has had some ill-used visitors this week.

There “strategy” would be to start telling the truth but the rodents don’t ever tell the truth so this is just an empty comment.

He will not be defeated when it comes to actual legal votes.

That’s a nice try on their part. I guess they don’t understand that he still can run and win, per the Constitution. Only three qualifications exist for someone to run, and be, POTUS. Arrest, conviction, etc., don’t disqualify.

A couple thousand years before Trump there was another great man who was hounded and persecuted in much the same way the swamp is persecuting Trump.
I don't believe Trump is the son of God but he is a good man trying to do the right thing for his country by putting its people first but in doing so he threatens the status quo of a corrupt system and its gaggle of goons. This is beyond right vs left. This is good vs evil.
When the planning of Trump’s next defeating,
Comes up in a Democratic war meeting,
It’s apparent to the guys,
That innuendo and lies,
Don’t work near as well as vote cheating.
Well, there you have it, and it’s what we knew all along. Brooks admitting to being part of the vast “progressive” conspiracy against Donald Trump. Don’t you just love it when inveterate liars talk about how truthful and honest they are as opposed to to one’s who are actually telling the truth?
I don't vote for Trump because he "inspires loyalty". I do so because his policies get results.
They found a very effective way to beat Donald Trump: cheat.
And it works.
Because Donald Trump could not stop the cheat, despite plenty of advance warning and a 2018 EO that authorized exactly what needed to be done.
The Dems are absolutely desperate to have us nominate Trump again, so they can defeat him in the same exact way they did in 2020.

Why worry about strategy when you don’t even have to campaign or use any energy to win?
Because you plan to cheat. Because people will know you cheated. Because if anybody points out you cheated they will be visited by the FBI, or personally ruined for life.
That is the plan, strategy isn’t needed.
In 2020, TRUMP WON; FRAUD PREVAILED.
There is nothing they could do except make the nation prosperous again. Obviously govt funded handouts buys you some votes but does nothing for the economy in the long term. And that’s all folks care about. Not abortion, not asylum for illegals, not defunding the police, not white supremacy… the one and only thing is the economy.
