Former Vice President Mike Pence said in a new interview that the next Republican elected to the Oval Office, “whoever that may be,” will support a national abortion ban.
“I welcome any and all efforts to advance the cause of life in state capitals or in the nation’s capital,” Pence said in an interview with RealClearPolitics published Wednesday. “And I have every confidence that the next Republican president, whoever that may be, will stand for the right to life.”

Pence you sphincter, this is not a federal issue. Don’t want babies killed, convince state legislators.
So sick of these morons.
We just won a great victory in giving this authority to the states.
Now, turncoats like Graham and Pence will make this a campaign issue and energize Democrats with this STUPID federal ban.
Pence trying to increase dem turn out
Someone ask Pence where he was when the Indiana legislature was ready to buck the execrable Obergefell?
This crap has to stop....the right to life lobby is soaking up money and pushing idiots like pence and Graham to lead the party. And in the mean time we then lose the libertarian and conservative democrat vote as well. That 5% costs elections! Think of all this money ney better spent used directly to help mother’s and families keep their babies. Everything doesn’t have to be done as a matter of law and banning.
BS ... which is pretty much 100% what Judas Goat Pence is spouting these days. He’s beneath contempt.
Trying to be relevant after the Justices have rendered their decision.
Pence is trying to hurt the brilliant Constitutional decision of “The Real Five”.
Apparently Pence is a lunatic or working for the Democrat Party.
I see that the GOP is working triple time to get out the vote for the democrats.
Graham actually makes more sense on this one than Pence to me. It’s election season, timing and messaging is important. The Kansas abortion defeat energized D’s to run on a platform that R’s want to ban abortion. It’s been working to a degree. Now is not the time for Pence to be spouting off about a national ban. At least with Graham, it is still unacceptable to the Dems, and it plays better at painting the Dems as extreme to our idiot independent voters. Not to mention you know Pence is lying. He’ll cave just like he did in Indiana.
Pence and Graham trying to hurt Reps before the midterms. Abortion decisions should be at the state level, like SCOTUS decided.
Exactly. Abortion is a state issue.
didnt these idiots see what happened in Kansas??......KANSAS!!!!!!!!!!!!. Republicans out number dems 3 to 1 in Kansas..the right to an abortion won by 21 points..that tells me Republicans voted with the Dems on the issue. This has been devastating politically, like it or not....
Not the federal government’s business.
Pence didn’t say “abortion ban”. He mentioned Pro-Life. The headline is deceptive. Even states that restrict elective abortions recognize the need for some exceptions like health of the mother.
That ignorance shows why Pence would never be supported by most Republicans. The states have the Constitutional authority to regulate abortions not the Feds.
He’s a pathetic coward. Never believe a pathetic coward.
Exactly, the Supreme Court told the fed gov you have no say in the matter constitutionally in their ruling.
I think there are some in the deep state (Graham and Pence)that see this issue as a great way to loose the next election and maintain the status quo. This is deliberate and obvious.
Phuckin quisling!
Exactly. Which means we would need a Constitutional amendment, and the Democrats will never support that.
