KHARKIV, Sept 11 (Reuters) - Power blackouts and cuts in water supply hit several areas of Ukraine's northeastern region of Kharkiv on Sunday as Russian attacks hit infrastructure sites, the region's governor said.
"The (Russian) occupiers have struck critical infrastructure in the city and region of Kharkiv," Olegh Synehubov wrote on Telegram.
"In several population centres, there are no electrical or water supplies. Fires have broken out where these strikes occurred and emergency crews ... are containing the blazes."

Now proceeding into the American way of war.
Don’t care.
Stop spending my grandkid’s money in shiitehole countries via Forever Wars!!!
Trump would be against this crap.
Scorched earth?
If so, I wondered yesterday if they’d do this.
so it’s OK now for Ukraine to cut water and power in Russian-occupied Crimea too?
OK, fire away
It would have NEVER!..happened under Trump.
They cut the water to the Crimea years ago Froggy.
You need to really keep up with the information from years ago.
Bumpbling Brandon killed a possible cease fire last spring because the war serves a purpose for the rats.
Kind of like Gruesome Newsom has been made the new commander of the Russki Army. They deserve him.
#Breaking Multiple large power outages being reported, by Ukraine, In Kharkov, Poltava, Dnipropetrovsk, and Sumy regions along with reports of many power stations being hit and on fire.— Patrick Lancaster (@PLnewstoday) September 11, 2022
Ukraine region of Kharkiv reports blackouts, water cuts after Russian attacks, governor saysThis is where the Putin Stooges, if they are consistent, come in and blame the Ukrainians for not being wilful slaves to Russia for electricity and water.
Indeed.
Just ran across this mention concerning NATO actions against Serbia that indicate the similarity.
“Attacks on power infrastructure were tipping point in NATO’s war against Serbia. Started in April - daily blackouts and water restrictions. Refrigerators stoped working, storing and preparing food became a problem. Within a month support for war dwindled, in June we surrendered.”

No, it wouldnt have happened under Trump.
Putin wouldn’t have dared. And the US “deep state” and MSM would have complained bitterly about the dangerous Mr. Trump.
So it goes.
The dogs will keep poking the bear.
It appears that Russia adapted US standards of taking out infrastructure.
Notice:
1. Zaporozhe nuclear plant has been turned off.
2. Kharkov province has been cut off from the Russian electricity network.
3. Missile attacks on several power plants.
4. Ukrainians cut off two remaining nuclear plants themselves — apparently due to disbalancing of the system.
I’d further notice that that 1. occurred before the Great Ukrainian Counter-offensive and also that 2. would have not been possible to do with Russian forces remaining in Kharkov province.
This is beginning to look like a design.
All right, perhaps we will see how the Nazis adapt to a world without electricity.
The Russians turned it back on in March. I think the Ukes are again in a position to turn it off.
And then there is Belgorod, etc.
Their brains get cold in Chummyland, and it makes it hard for them to think.
There is reality which must be faced here. Putin is not going to allow the Russians to endure the humiliation of losing this war. He will do whatever it takes too achieve something that can be called success. This is a serious and dangerous as hell. We keep sending billions and weaponry that is way beyond what the Ukraine had and none of us know what the consequences are going to be.
I see. The Ukrainian people are nazis because they wont kowtow to Russia? You are a disgusting creature.
Putin is such a scary man.
