Just ran across this mention concerning NATO actions against Serbia that indicate the similarity.

“Attacks on power infrastructure were tipping point in NATO’s war against Serbia. Started in April - daily blackouts and water restrictions. Refrigerators stoped working, storing and preparing food became a problem. Within a month support for war dwindled, in June we surrendered.”

It certainly does start to sound like Russia is borrowing NATO’s Serbia Model for how to deal with countries that won’t bow to the king.

About damn time a NATO country got a taste of it.
