Just days after passing a law to ban all non-electric cars and trucks by 2035, California has made another move that shows the catastrophic effect of their "green" hysteria.

The operator of the state's entire power grid has just warned citizens of an energy shortage, and begged owners of electric vehicles NOT to charge them while it is ongoing.

You read that right. You must use electric....but please stop using it. Liberalism truly is a mental disorder.

The details:

California will suffer an energy shortage and “Flex Alerts” through Labor Day due to high temperatures, and residents will be asked to conserve electricity during afternoons and evenings, which means refraining from charging electric vehicles, among other uses.

"Liberalism truly is a mental disorder."

Liberalism, as practiced by progressives, woketards, and Demonicrats, gives aid and comfort to the enemies of the United States!

No reaction from the dem sheep until the state closes public charging stations to enforce this. Owners who have home chargers won’t change a thing.

As I've said, the DemonRat push for BANNING COMBUSTION ENGINE VEHICLES in favor of electric vehicles (EV's) is NOT about CLIMATE CHANGE, it's about RESTRICTING OUR FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT!

People will have to go back to riding horses. Do horses fart too?

Oh well, guess we will have to eat some nutrient rich bugs and walk wearing our 100 lb sweaters.

They will learn nothing, and they will vote for the same people.

The fundamental core of a Democrat voter - NEVER and I mean really never - learn from your mistakes. If Democrats are in charge and the political entity goes to hell IT'S NOT THEIR FAULT. Just ask them and they'll tell you that

  1. We just didn't go far enough. This is a perennial favorite used for almost failed policy or law that the Democrats support
  2. It's the fault of the Republicans/Trump/Bush/Putin/Russia etc.
  3. It's the fault of other states that DIDN'T have these policies - frequently used to explain why in states with gun control and high crime aren't at fault when the blame for their high crime lies with states without gun control and low crime
  4. We don't have enough money - always a favorite. Democrats can NEVER get enough of other peoples' hard earned money to squander
  5. it's the fault of white/rich/etc. people not paying their "fair share." This is especially popular with the Democrat base Rather than saying "Get off your dead as and get to work." say it's not your fault you're a worthless loser it's those other people keeping you down. To be fair if they did say that they'd never get elected
I'm sure you have your own examples - the list is endless, but the kicker is that their core base actually BELIEVES this crap

Got that right. Definition of insanity applies here. And on top of that, crazy people don’t realize they are. Read in a book once about people receiving a strong delusion and now....watching it happen in real time.

First, ban gasoline powered autos, making the traveling public dependent on the state for the fuel needed to power our means of transportation.

Next, limit the availability of power needed by individuals to power their vehicles.

Result: complete government control over individual transportation.
