Two people pleaded guilty Thursday in federal court in New York in connection with the theft and sale of the diary and other items belonging to Ashley Biden, the daughter of President Joe Biden, court records show.

The defendants, Aimee Harris, 40, and Robert Kurlander, 58, conspired to steal items from Florida and transport them over state lines in 2020, when Ashley’s father was the Democratic nominee for the White House, according to a charging document.

The duo shopped the diary to the campaign of then-President Donald Trump, which told them to take it to the FBI, court records show.

"The document said that Harris and Kurlander in September 2020 attended a campaign fundraiser in Florida for a person, identified as Candidate-2, who was running against the victim’s father. That fundraiser is understood to be one held for then-President Donald Trump."

"Four days later, a representative from Trump’s campaign told Harris and Kurlander that the campaign was not interested in buying the stolen property, the charging document says."

“The duo shopped the diary to the campaign of then-President Donald Trump, which told them to take it to the FBI, court records show.”

That will probably somehow be used against Trump.

Transporting a diary abandoned and found across state lines regardless of the purpose is not a crime. Wow.

Why, how can this be? According to lefties, everybody who worked on the president’s campaign is guilty of RICO violations.

they busted these guys for stealing the diary (the amount of investigations to figure that out must’ve been impressive... or complete fiction)

meanwhile... the feebs can’t be bothered to look into:

- hillary’s basement server of secrets
- Anthony Weiner’s ‘life insurance’ folder
- Epstein’s ‘lolita express’+
- pizzagate
- or hunter’s laptop

totally not a partisan lap dog at all....

If they cannot prove it was abandoned, then they are screwed

I guess I didn’t pay attention to how this was obtained.

Convicted of a federal crime for something that doesn't actually exist in the public records of the United States...

OK...so now the only question is: why did she write that she showered with her father when she was a kid? Fathers know damn well that you don’t shower with any young girl...or young boy.

Of course not. But CNBC was careful to phrase it as "conspired to steal items from Florida and transport them over state lines". Not diaries.

They have to get the slant on their bias juuuuuust right.

How is this a federal crime? It’s not even as if it was a Presidential family member. Biden was a candidate but hadn’t yet been elected. Two, I thought she left the diary at a treatment center so doesn’t that make it abandoned property and not stolen?

I suspect Trump’s campaign thought it might be a set-up of some type.

Not much to prove.

They plead Guilty.

$hit lawyers told them to plea guilty to a non-federal crime, which shouldn’t even be investigated by federal officers!!!?

This was a city court matter, and a civil one if at all.

If this was a theft, where is the police report of a theft from a local police department?

The whole thing smells to high heaven of a KGB style operation.

At some point, we may learn that the Computer Repair Shop guy stole Hunter Biden’s laptop. Documentary evidence to the contrary will not matter.

This will be leveraged into an effort to shut down Project Veritas and jail O’Keefe.

So the diary, confirming that Joe Biden repeatedly molested his daughter, is in fact true..will wait for the commie media to call Biden the pedo that he is

While that is true and that’s how they shopped it around to people, apparently they plead guilty to stealing it.
