Former President Donald Trump announced he will file a Fourth Amendment unlawful search and seizure motion over the FBI’s “illegal” raid on Mar-a-Lago in a post made on TRUTH Social on Friday.
“A major motion pertaining to the Fourth Amendment will soon be filed concerning the illegal Break-In of my home, Mar-a-Lago, right before the ever important Mid-Term Elections,” Trump posted.

He should make a complaint at Florida State Police station. Then demand DeSantis send them to arrest the perps. I know, it would never happen but it’s nice to imagine.
Didn’t DeSantis say he was having Florida’s atty general looking into the legality of the raid?
It will be very interesting to see the affidavit and try to figure out who said what.
I think it's possible the complaint came from the national archivist who would have been aware of a lot of the documents sent to MAL.
There was an article stating something to that effect a few days ago.
I guess we run into….how did he know? Who gave them information about the safe?
Every question or attempt to explain their actions, brings about more questions.
More and more, for me, it’s looking to be another Russia Hoax operation. Their delirium to get the man is driving them insane.
What he SHOULD do is get the Attorney General or the local D.A in Florida, whichever is better (I would think DeSantis could help here) to file charges against the FBI heads, etc. for unlawful search and seizure of Mar-A-Lago in violation of the 4th Amendment.
I don’t know if he was on the plane before or not. Just that the photo was fake.
Probably better is doing what they’re doing right now - wait to see if they file charges against Trump and then immediately slap them with that motion. That may very well be what Breitbart was talking about. Maybe the article was some kind of a “planned mistake” shot over the bow warning to these snakes, as you Joe alluded to.
Otherwise, the article should have said Trump PLANNED a motion, but Trump never likes to tip his hand like that. Anyway, I think this error probably should have been caught and fixed before publishing.
Anyway, at some point, I think Trump has the option of going after the FBI heads in a civil suit to recover damages for malicious and unlawful search and seizure.
I can’t find where DeSantis said what I seem to remember he said. But they f what I remember is correct, I doubt anything will come of it. A lot better d these types of threats to take action amount to nothing more than saber rattling.
I suppose FL could file charges against the FBI and its heads. That would be cool.
But for Trump to recover damages personally for the sake of principle if nothing else, he’d probably need to file a civil suit at some point.
Bottom line, do whatever it takes to take these vile snakes down - STRONGLY.
This is one of my pet peeves. We deride the MSM when they make these kinds of goofs. We should hold friendly media to the same standards we expect from the MSM.
Any civil suit will, more than likely, be dismissed under, qualified immunity.
The higher ups will either say they were unaware and don’t micromanage. Or they had no reason to question the affiants information and therefore everything false in the affiant and junior agents.

Yes. he does great things in Florida, with A LOT of help. He wants a future. And they’ll start going after him too, if he gets involved.
IMHO, he could subtlety start challenging them though. Start pulling resources from the many federal task forces. Start pulling personnel. But, there’s a lot of money involved with those task forces which is why so many departments want their folks on them. All that seizure money.
He may have a case the feds are not releasing much information just snow jobs to keep the act going.
The case could make as much history as the raid on his home.
He could counter with the 1st Amendment Right to redress from government that should trump the government’s self-made “immunity” b#ll sh#t.
Take the freaker to the Supreme Court if necessary. Bet they’d side with Trump.
For me, jury’s still out on DeSantis, the politician. I don’t trust politicians.

Lots of speculation about the timing of all of this. They knew he had whatever he had for 18 months. They were in cooperative communication about all of it. Russia hoax material, who knows what?
Right before he was removed from the White House he and his people come up with an EO pertaining to Schedule F. One of the first things CornPop did was revoke that EO.
Some folks start doing some articles about it. Pres Trump attends one of the conservative conferences, CPAC(?), and talks about it.
And if my timeline is right, shortly thereafter, 30 DC-based agents, the loyal foot soldiers to the SES, show up at Mar A Lago. Hmmmm
