Former President Donald Trump announced he will file a Fourth Amendment unlawful search and seizure motion over the FBI’s “illegal” raid on Mar-a-Lago in a post made on TRUTH Social on Friday.
“A major motion pertaining to the Fourth Amendment will soon be filed concerning the illegal Break-In of my home, Mar-a-Lago, right before the ever important Mid-Term Elections,” Trump posted.

You have to file a motion into an already existing case. Filing a motion means there’s already a case filed against Trump. Is there?
I didn’t know there was already a case filed against Trump related to the FBI raid. Is there?
If so, what are the charges?

The warrant is looking for evidence of criminal violations of the Espionage Act, among others.
If the GOP has a majority in the House, the first thing to do is impeach Merrick Garland.

I doubt ANY Chief of Staff knows EVERYTHING a President is doing.

But that means that they received a complaint from a source. And if they’ve received a complaint then they’ve opened a criminal investigation.
If they did, messed up, but they can do that.
But the question remains, have they opened an official investigation? Have they stated that?
Who and when did the complaint concerning violations of the Espionage Act come about? It could be a snitch inside his detail or staff. Could be someone on his staff or security detail that the FBI compromised.
But at the end of the day, in order for that warrant to be legit in any sense, someone had to have said something.
Who is that person? What did they say? That’s what is in the affidavit.
And there’s the rub, right?
In the “actual” law, not the DOJ/FBI law, there needs to be a case.
What are the answers to the, 5 W’s?

Does this picture exist? I think that would pretty much DESTROY everything that’s going on, in case the actual law won’t suffice.

Can he file a criminal complaint with local law enforcement for armed robbery? Is anything taken by the FBI that is not listed in the warrant stolen property?
I believe he can. But that’s small potatoes compared to 4th amendment violation which would make the whole thing an illegal search. That seems to be the claim, except they are calling it a motion.
