I actually have no problem with what Dr. Salk did for polio with his real vaccine.
But these mRNA vaccines of Dr. Fauci are worth questioning.
In the old days immigrants were examined for health issues before being allowed to enter the country. Now it’s come one, come all. I’m actually surprised we’re not seeing more of the old diseases returning.
Polio was never associated with politics, and the vaccine, at least in its early years - was never forced upon anybody. My mother grew up in the 1920s and 1930s, and she saw what polio could do, so she was eager to have her children vaccinated.
Covid is very different. Its origins are highly political. Its danger was highly exaggerated for political reasons, government spending on it was highly political. It had very immediate political outcomes (think 2020 election).
the two diseases (and the response to them) could not be more different.
Dr. Wen YOU and Public Health are to blame. ALL the Covid Lies, Fake Science, Mandates, Lockdowns, etc. have predictably DESTROYED what trust there was in public health.

I don’t know the real science, but my edumacated guess is you can find just about anything you want in waste and untreated sewage. This is just a device to keep people scared and avoid critical thinking. I have no problem with proven vaccines. I have big problems with experimental gene therapies that do not work. I also have no problem with people who choose to take or not take either. The real issue is transparency and a complete elimination of propaganda. Get the government completely out of healthcare. Healthcare should between you and your doctor without influence from government or the corporate medical establishment.

Accidentally saying the quiet part out loud here. The "disruptions" that are so breezily referenced here have had wide-ranging negative effects, including on the health care system. Not to mention the economic devastation that seems, more and more, to be a feature, rather than a fault from the perspective of those in power who implemented them.
But now that "lockdowns forever" and mandates and passports and the like no longer serve the regime's interest, it's time to start opening up the narrative.

Rockland County and the “nearby county” — Orange County — are home to several, Ultra-Orthodox Jewish communities. They are densely populated and have very low vaccination rates. The man who contracted polio lives in one of the Hasidic communities.

I remember getting the Sabin vaccine on a sugar cube at my elementary school. I think I may have also had a shot earlier. Yep, parents were frantic to get children vaccinated. A girl my age was paralyzed from the waist down due to polio and came to school in wheel chair, and later on braces and crutches. A terrifying time.

If the old recipe was followed I wonder why also, if not then I understand the hesitancy. The original polio vaccine was among the safest, and most effective, vaccines ever developed, and I stand completely behind it.
