The larger picture is Trump foreign policy vs the Bush-Cheney policy of stupid, endless Afghanistan and Iraq wars. That got us at least 5000 boys killed, 5000 maimed and 5 trillion dollars tossed down the rat hole.

Iraq we should have left alone. All we achieved is putting Shiites in charge that link to Shiite Iran. Afghanistan we went in to smash Al-Queda. We should have been in and out within 12 months. It is stupid to try and reform Muslim nations and bring democracy to them. Just look how effed our democracy is these days. With the FBI and CIA and DOJ running amok in America. And this, when the CIA by charter, is only allowed to operate outside of America.

Well, at least she won’t be pulling her dog n pony show routine from inside the House any longer.

The Democrats will try to find some other Republican to replace her.

It would be nice if there were no RINOs in the House at all--not even one, so the Democrats couldn't get the cover of supposedly "non-partisan" investigations.

Lizzie played this as the courageous anti-Trump Wyoming rancher girl. But she will be staying in Washington DC. Look for Lizzie to be heading up a prominent anti-Trump PAC or NGO.

The NY Times says right now>>>>>>
Liz Cheney, Trump’s Chief Antagonist, Loses House Primary in a Landslide
Harriet Hageman defeated Ms. Cheney, a leader on the Jan. 6 panel, in Wyoming. It’s a win for former President Trump in his effort to purge his G.O.P. critics.
After Liz Cheney’s loss, only two of the 10 House Republicans who voted to impeach Mr. Trump will advance to the general election. Here’s the latest.

Not being familiar with Wyoming elections I thought that was a low turnout until I saw this;

<preLynnette GreyBull wins. AP race call at 10:35 p.m. on Aug. 16, 2022.

Lynnette GreyBull D 4,503 votes 62.3%
Meghan Jensen D 1,833 votes 25.3%
Steven Helling D 897 votes 12.4%

Not even enough Dem voters to fill up a high school football stadium.

Can you imagine how worse her thumping would have been if there had been no democrat crossover votes?

I’m glad Kevin Costner and his worthless endorsement got the shaft, too.

Even if she had one the primary; is she really naive enough to believe that the dems would support her in the general?

That's because most democrats changed parties to vote in the R primary and for Liz. It was at least 10,000 Ds who voted in the R primary plus an unknown number who can change parties on election day, but we'll know in a day or two.

Also, Wyoming is the least populous state - even less people than Alaska. I think there is about 568,000 people or so in Wyoming.

You FAILED to represent your people.

You represented yourself.

You chose poorly. You are rejectly. Glad you are soon to be a non-involved, sidelined nobody.

I agree.

Notice some Democrats do cross over, but they aren’t vile about it.

They generally remain decent to their fellow Democrats. Cheney has
acted possessed. She’s just a vile person.

She does it from a high profile position too, due to her dad’s former position.
