50 Democrats in favor + VP Harris.
50 Republicans against.
Yet we hear constantly from the cranks that there’s not a dime’s worth of difference between the 2 parties.
And they will now complain about it, totally oblivious that their mentality is responsible for this result.
You can imagine Sinema’s growing rear end sporting a huge bulge in her back pocket. The Dems know how to do their job well.

According to a report from CNN, Arizona Senator Kyrsten Sinema, previously a hold-out on the Democrats’ Inflation Reduction Act, has agreed to support it. Dems now have the 50 votes they need to pass the bill.

In a statement, Sinema indicated that she won several changes to the tax provisions of the package, including removing the tax on carried interest, which would have impacted hedge fund managers and private equity. That proposal would have raised $14 billion.
“We have agreed to remove the carried interest tax provision, protect advanced manufacturing, and boost our clean energy economy in the Senate’s budget reconciliation legislation,” Sinema said. “Subject to the Parliamentarian’s review, I’ll move forward.”
Sinema’s support is critical given that all 50 Republicans will oppose a plan they argue would hurt the economy and cost far more than Democrats are contending — so any one Democratic defection could sink it.
“I am pleased to report that we have reached an agreement on the Inflation Reduction Actthat I believe will receive the support of the entire Senate Democratic conference,” Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY) said. “The final version of the Reconciliation bill, to be introduced on Saturday, will reflect this work and put us one step closer to enacting this historic legislation into law.”

This bill wouldn’t even be up for discussion for passage if there was just one more Republican Senator. That is reality.

Regarding desparate Democratic and RINO constitutionally indefensible taxes for 2023, patriots need to start working with their Trump-endorsed state lawmaker candidates ASAP to repeal 16&17A.

Repealing 16&17A will effectively "secede" ALL the states from the unconstitutionally big federal government imo.
Once unconstitutional federal taxes (see Gibbons v. Ogden excerpt above) are permanently stopped by repeal of 16&17A, each state will ultimately find a tsunami of new revenues (imo) that can be used to increase salaries for teachers, police and fire-fighters too. And that's just for starters.
Let's also include the states maintaining their own infrastructure.
Additionally, no more forced compliance with desperate Democratic, politically correct but unconstitutional federal gender-related civil rights protections in order for school kids to eat likewise unconstitutional federal lunches paid for with stolen state revenues for example.
Again, patriots need to start working with their Trump-endorsed state lawmaker candidates ASAP to repeal 16&17A.

Republicans need to not vote on any spending bills if they take power in 2024 and shut down the government until 2025.
