'Your attorneys messed up. You know what perjury is, right?': Alex Jones squirms as he's told his lawyers MISTAKENLY disclosed his Sandy Hook text messages which he said didn't exist - as he finally admits shooting wasn't a hoax

Alex Jones appeared shocked as he was told his lawyers had accidentally handed over hundreds of text messages by mistake after he told a court that they did not exist, after admitting that the Sandy Hook massacre did happen.

The InfoWars host squirmed in his seat after confirming his phone number was linked to the texts, after previously declaring under oath at the defamation hearing that there were no messages about Sandy Hook on his phone.

Jones was horrified to discover that his team sent a digital copy of every text and email about Sandy Hook, despite declaring under oath that they didn’t exist.

Attorney Mark Banston, working for the Sandy Hook parents, revealed that they received the information 12 days ago, spanning years.

Jones called it their ‘Perry Mason’ moment during the trial, with Jones being accused of perjuring himself while giving evidence.

He previously testified that he was unable to find any emails regarding the Sandy Hook massacre, and was shocked when one was shown on screen to the court.

Jones was asked if he felt repeatedly claiming the shooting was a hoax was irresponsible, replying 'it was, especially since I've met the parents.'

He claimed he was ‘under a lot of pressure’ at the time he claimed the slayings were a hoax, adding: ‘I truly meant it when I said those statements.

“Any one who would use their public forum to deny the murders at Sandy Hook ever happened belongs in a mental hospital........”

Well, you may not know about this guy—very calm, a professor just trying to do legitimate research....

“Jones is a piece of crap for defaming the sandy hook parents. Gets what he deserves.”

You do not understand the larger issues at stake here.

Someday you will say something that deeply offends someone—and they may choose to take legal action against you.

Your position may be valid, it may not be—and there may even be a debate about the facts involved.

Then you will figure it out—too late.

Not even a squirming Alex Jones under oath believes that Sandy Hook was a hoax.

For Mr. Jones, the only goal in spreading the Sandy Hook conspiracy theory was to shake millions upon millions of dollars out of some very stupid, gullible and paranoid people.

But now, Mr. Jones will have to sign away a whole bunch of that cash.

In other words, all that money is going from the pockets of the very stupid, the very gullible & the very paranoid and going straight to the plaintiffs.

You have made some serious claims against Mr. Jones.

Perhaps he should sue you for defamation.

(See the problem?)

Libel laws have a long history, in this country and English common law.

Which causes more pain, falsely publishing that Mrs. X is a prostitute, or falsely publishing that Mr. and Mrs. X are lying about their little child being killed, that the child never existed, that their grief is a hoax?

Don’t confuse the issue with facts.

Freepers just want to yell “ boola, boola” for the team.

I never considered him one of ours. His main function has always been to bash Rush Limbaugh. Since Rush is dead, the left has no use for him anymore, so they lifted his protection.

No, he is not. He has always been the turd the left put in the swimming pool of talk radio in order to scare people away from the pool.
Like when the left sends agitators with Klan sheets or rebel flags into conservative rallies. The intent is to smear their opponents by associating them with nutballs like this guy.

Apparently the 1/6 committee is going to subpoena the Sandy Hook lawyers to get the info from his phone.

“why did the article state that the lawyers messed up?”

Maybe because it’s a sensationalist article by a tabloid designed to make people emotional?

“Also, do you not agree with the 5th amendment?”

The 5th amendment doesn’t apply to civil trials.

All of those people are still liable for all the statements they make.

“All of those people are still liable for all the statements they make.”

Not under our present court system. It is who you are, not who you smear, that is the determining factor.
