Nonsense. We’ve got plenty of corruption problems in the justice system, where a crooked prosecutor can choose to apply the laws unevenly. But in the civil courts, anyone can bring a lawsuit without asking permission from any district attorney. And plenty of people on the right have won judgements against people on the left.
Surprise Surprise. It turns out the plaintiff’s lawyer lied when he claimed Alex Jones had not turned over all the phone and text records.

He also violated attorney client privilege in accessing that information.
Oh by the way. It turns out the judge who’s been running a kangaroo court on this case is a hardcore commie.

He claimed their kids weren’t murdered and they were actors, not parents. that was a false statement of fact, not merely an “offensive” statement.
No doubt that is where the Left wants to take us (it is where they are in Canada), but this is not an example of people being merely “offended.”
I don’t know exactly what Jones claimed, and I don’t have sources I trust on exactly what happened on Sandy Hook.
Everybody in this case has an axe to grind.
