The United States conducted a "successful" counterterrorism operation against a "significant" Al Qaeda target Ayman Al Zawahiri in Afghanistan over the weekend, a senior administration official told Fox News.
President Biden on Monday night at 7:30 p.m. E.T. is expected to address the nation from the White House on the operation.
"Over the weekend, the United States conducted a counterterrorism operation against a significant Al Qaeda target in Afghanistan," the senior administration official told Fox News Monday. "The operation was successful and there were no civilian casualties."
Two intelligence sources tell Fox News Al Qaeda leader Ayman Al Zawahiri was killed in the CIA drone strike.

SO you can imagine my reaction last night when I heard an idiot reporter say that all the people who were involved in 9/11 have either been captured or killed.
He had been staying in a “safe house” in Kabul.
Allegedly US Military had surveillance on the house and watched him come and go, then hit him Sunday morning as he stood on the balcony.
There you have it. People know where this turd was for years. Biden needed a boost so allegedly he was taken out.

Your location would have placed him close to Bin Laden’s hideout. There were numerous reports that he was somewhere in Pakistan’s Baluchistan, farther to the west. The fact that the location of the attack is not noted makes me believe he must have been in Pakistan and the CIA, White House, or both, are covering Pak’s tail. (As I believe it is now without a government.)

Breaking — Senior Pakistani security officials say Americans did not ask for and neither did they require intel cooperation in the drone strike that killed Ayman Al-Zawahiri.
Officials also say Pakistani airspace was not used for the drone flight.

I can’t prove it, but I do suspect the US knew of al-Zawahiri’s location in Afghanistan for some time now, and chose to take him out just recently, to get maximum press coverage just before these important primary elections today. As if that would sway independents or undecideds to vote Dem, because.... of “Commander Biden.”
The reports I heard back then were that he was in the tribal areas along the northern Pakistan and Afghanistan border. If you are referring to the current attack, that was on a balcony in a building in Kabul and that has been noted in today’s news reports.
