Your location would have placed him close to Bin Laden’s hideout. There were numerous reports that he was somewhere in Pakistan’s Baluchistan, farther to the west. The fact that the location of the attack is not noted makes me believe he must have been in Pakistan and the CIA, White House, or both, are covering Pak’s tail. (As I believe it is now without a government.)
The reports I heard back then were that he was in the tribal areas along the northern Pakistan and Afghanistan border. If you are referring to the current attack, that was on a balcony in a building in Kabul and that has been noted in today’s news reports.
