LOS ANGELES (AP) — Nick Barragan is used to wearing a mask because his job in the Hollywood film industry has long required it. So he won't be fazed if the county that's home to Tinseltown soon becomes the first major population center this summer to reinstate rules requiring face coverings indoors because of another spike in coronavirus cases.
“I feel fine about it because I’ve worn one pretty much constantly for the last few years. It’s become a habit,” said Barragan, masked up while out running errands Wednesday.
Los Angeles is the most populous county, home to 10 million residents. It faces a return to a broad indoor mask mandate on July 29 if current trends in hospital admissions continue, county health Director Barbara Ferrer said this week

No, that’s Moscow 80 miles south with the University of Idaho. There are two smaller schools here and a U of I extension all one campus. The liberal areas of the state are Moscow (University), Boise (state Capitol, naturally), and Blaine County (aka Sun Valley) with all the big money.
Wow. Are you in NoVa?
It is very conservative here which is one of the reasons we picked it…and family roots, as well as great natural beauty.
Right. I have it, IT’S A COLD AT THIS POINT!
A lot of conditioning happening. Have you seen this?

“Hong Kong to electronically tag Covid patients as it adopts China’s health code system
Those in home isolation will be forced to wear a bracelet tracking their movements as territory introduces China-style QR code system”
Oh my.
Thanks for the heads up.
In Houston for the time being, looking for a building site someplace less crowded. It’s hard to decide, so many amazingly beautiful sites a couple of hours out of town. Got here late last year.
Even liberal Harris county is far better by comparison. I just hope people don’t bring their voting patterns with them, there’s no where else left to run.
He’s doing fine work for Satan’s anti-messiah.
I am totally shocked that I have not even caught a cold in 15 years. Even more shocking is I am gaining new muscles in my arms and shoulders at age 82. My knee pain is gone, my hip pain is gone, all without surgery or medicines. It is the benefit of regular exercise.
I got the jabs for covid not because I am scared of covid, but as moral support to my wife who is fighting stage-4 cancer for 5 years and has very weakened immune system from 50+ chemo treatments, 2 dozen radiation treatments, and 40 doses of Keytruda. We did not want me to bring covid infection home.
The key to staying healthy and strong is regular exercise.
Old people avoid exercise like it was covid or something.
Too much rest is the absolute worst thing for anyone, and it will bring death sooner than necessary.
I enjoy driving my 2017 Spark cause it is so easy on gas, and I can park in cramped places where no one else can.
This is a funny story, one day we are at the beach, and all 1000+ parking spots were filled. So driving in each lane, we see this little space between2 cars. I said to wife, I think I can park there. She says no way you can get in that little space. I zipped right in there and she was really surprised.
My question to you referred to your answer to post 22 by someone who said he doesn’t wear a mask.
Nothing about vaccination.
Thanks. I’ve been in southern Idaho a lot but not so often further north. I actually really like Idaho, but for family reasons Ive stayed in Utah.
A few of my coworkers have it right now, too. They say pretty much the same thing. One told me the fatigue is the worst part, but that he’s OK.
I hope you fully recover from it very quickly.
Nothing about vaccination.
LOL - that one will take any excuse to run with the “I’m so vaxxed-I’m 82-I’m so amazing-I go on cruises” spiel.
I just poke fun at him now. 😄
North Idaho is very different from South. Much more alpine up here and lots of beautiful natural lakes the the glaciers and the Missoula Floods carved.
I spent a lot of time in Twin visiting my aunt, uncle and cousins.
i live in L A and most people are not wearing masks and haven’t for months.
Problem is cloth masks and disposable surgical masks do neither of these and the morons still wear them. Just point and laugh.
