Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan (R) said in an interview published on Tuesday that “more and more” people are telling him he should run for president, comments that come while he visits early presidential primary state New Hampshire this week.
“More and more people are encouraging me to consider it,” Hogan told CBS News in a phone interview.
“There’s a diminishing number of folks that are wanting the former president, Trump, to run. There’s a growing number of people that are looking for our kind of successful, bigger-tent politics (ME),” he added.

Reminds me of the Frasier episode where his radio show was canceled. He heard that there was a Frasier Crane fan club so he invited them to a catered party. The entire fan club - 3 weirdos - showed up.
They also had a demonstration to show support. The TV commentator said, what if you had a demonstration and no one showed up?

While I have never encouraged him, I have said multiple times that this is the only chance he will ever have. There is only one nominee and cycles only happen every four years. He will fall on his face, but this is his only chance.
