In other words to the Chinese and the Wuhan lab.
“The Foundation will always use the money better than the Feds.”
No, not sure about that.
Too close to call
Nerds need love too. He basically got rich by causing unimaginable human suffering with poor quality software, forcing a billion people onto an upgrade treadmill.
He’s basically saying the opposite of what he’s actually doing.
But from what I understand she will not have full say in the foundation. She will get an inheritance, but not full control of the foundation.
Yup.
Just like the Clinton Foundation.
Gates likes the power and prestige he gets to mingle with the elites. I suspect as much what he perceives as “helping” the world. Which he probably has done. I’m a firm believer that God brings wealth ...He intends to use it for His purposes and by those willing to do good by their wealth. He owns it all....and gives it to man to disperse....same with food and all the riches he provids. Unfortunately some will use it very well and some will use some well. I’m for anyone who God uses including those not his.
My point. And Henry was as much of an ass as Gates.
And this is how it's done:
An explanation of the purpose of foundations from the godfather of foundations https://www.rockpa.org/guide/impact-investing-introduction/
…Impact investments are defined as investments made into companies, organizations, and funds with the intention to generate social or environmental impact alongside a financial return.
While this definition leaves room for a broad set of investments, two key elements should be present: intentionality and measurement. The investor’s intention should include some element of both social impact and financial return. And while there is more consensus on metrics for financial return on investment (ROI), an impact investor should also aim to measure the social impact. In essence, all investments make an impact on society; some positive, some negative. Impact investors intentionally pursue investments that lead to measured positive social impact (for the purposes of this guide, we include environmental impact in the broader header of social impact).
Otherwise recognized as the covert tool of transforming free people into slaves without them recognizing it has happened UNtil it is too late.
…impact investing provides a tool for achieving social good with a wider array of assets than a traditional philanthropy. Private foundations in the U.S., for example, can achieve social good with not only their 5% required annual payout, but also with the 95% endowment corpus that remains invested. To put this in perspective, U.S. foundations make annual grants totaling $60 billion, while holding assets totaling $865 billion…
Smelling a hostile takeover yet?
All these hypocrites claim they are donating but it is always to their own foundations or the foundations of those who donate to theirs.
Look at meee... I just donated all my cash to my piggy bank.
Depends on whose board they are on...
What the elite have been doing is laundering money by donating to each other’s foundations. They are keeping it moving...within their circle of friends.
The Billionaire Who Wanted to Die Broke -- Is Now Officially Broke
Foundation is a criminal empire with orders to execute the agenda moving forward into the future
His kids will run his foundation or at least have control of the board and will receive generous salaries, perks, etc. from it. That vacation, I mean, business trip using the private jet owned by foundation will be all expenses paid. It’s just a tax avoidance tactic, and I hope Farmer Bill doesn’t think he is fooling anyone.
Foundations are means for the wealthy to preserve their wealth in monuments to themselves.
$ from one evil hand to another.
