Since the US armed forces are now 100% communist, metrosexual, gay, or transgender, and much of it is made up of female whores as well, whats the point of keeping any of your military equipment?
Give it away to those capable of using it. Give it to Eastern Europe, Ukraine, Taiwan, Japan, Korea, Vietnam the Philippines or, really, to anyone who comes asking.
The “budget” for arms transfers is all internal accounting. A 1000 rounds of stockpiled 155mm at $x per round is just moved from the US to Poland. No actual money gets spent, other than for transportation.
The US is unworthy of going about armed. Give it all away.
But no money for a wall.

I said two weeks ago the Congress would give Ukraine anything they ask for - plus 25%.
Lindsey Graham said one month ago during a debate with Bernie Sanders that Retired Americans are going to have to accept they’re going to get lower benefits!
They spend Trillions on everything and anything - send much overseas - and then SS retirees need to get less.
