The Supreme Court handed President Joe Biden a victory Thursday, ruling that he can shut down a Trump administration program designed to restrict immigration at the southern border.
The court said in a 5-4 ruling that the Biden administration acted properly in seeking to end the "Remain in Mexico" policy, formally known as the Migrant Protection Protocols. It required people seeking asylum at the southern border, mainly from Central America, to wait in Mexico while their claims were decided.

But they are meaningless without stout enforcement.
At this point, with all the untracked illegal alien invaders already here, the only acceptable solution for me is ZERO further immigration from anywhere under any circumstance.
If we can find a way to deport the millions of invaders already here I might reconsider.

In my opinion, immigration laws always have a convenient loophole. Congress doesn't have the time or desire to read the immigration laws it passes, by design. Note "unable or unwilling" below:
