It seems to me that the Secret Service and the commentariat are misfiring in their claimed contradictions of Cassidy Hutchinson. If there is a proper target of criticism (and that’s not clear at this point), it is the House January 6 committee, not the witness.

Why a third party testimony? Why hasn’t the unselect committee been able to track down the original witnesses to Trump’s alleged behavior, to have them testify? Sounds like an investigation conducted by the Keystone Cops.The fact that the Secret Service has said that the unselect committee never contacted them about Hutchinson’s testimony before she appeared at the hearing, tells me all I need to know about the lack of credibility of this witch hunt.

I stopped watching Fox News when Obama was elected. That was the only news channel I bothered watching, but they went off the rails a long time ago. I watch no news programming on any platform ever. I don't need my news filtered through somebody who is paid to tell me what they think I need to hear.
