Ah, I see that this intellectually lazy type of claim is making the rounds.
“Prove that what I claim is not true”.
Good grief, how lazy.
It’s the way of the left.
The Left needs to be challenged with their logic at every opportunity.
So, how is Traitor Roberts not responsible?
Why let him off?
He claims that it is his Court.
Robert Swan Mueller III is still alive.
Why hasn’t Traitor Roberts tasked him with finding the Leaker?
I'd just like to stop and say, Thank you sooo much AnthonySoprano for all you do and for taking the time to do it.
bkmk
What we have in Roberts is a judicial RINO. At his core, he is an opportunistic coward.
“Don’t upset the MauMaus!”
Why should viability be a standard for anything?
Aborting a baby is either right or wrong, regardless of its “gestational age”.
If Bork instead of Kennedy made his way to the Court, it is likely (but not entirely a given) that Casey would have overturned Roe.
But, Bork was weak on the 2nd Amendment and it's plausible that the Bork vote on Heller would have NOT been favorable, i.e. made it 5-4 that the militia clause makes the right to KABA a collective right.
Bork died in December 2012, and starting in January 2013 the Dems had a 55-seat majority. That means Obama's would have likely replaced Bork with that psycho Garland.
Net, net, net, notwithstanding the evil of abortion going longer than it should have, getting Borked and living with Kennedy who was replaced with Gorsuch is a Godsend. Yertle is a RINO jack wagon, but this all may have landed in a happy place.
A libtard appointed by a RINO.
“I am guessing that Roberts’ point of view may have prevailed in this case, but the leak made that impossible”
“That’s a pretty strong argument that the leak came from the right”
Not so sure about that. Newmax pundits have suggested it was Roberts himself that leaked it, not some Clerk. The leak just didn’t have the desired effect of having the lefts outrage intimidate one of the five Judges to change their decision.
I’m not sure conservatives should not pursue the impeachment of John Roberts
Liberals would vote for it and it would not greatly change the court voting pattern
It would send a powerful signal for Republican appointees to stop misleading about their ideology and consistently betraying the constitutional perspective.
Republicans have a good shot to gain the presidency in 2024.
Justice Roberts sucks. President GW who appointed Roberts, also sucks. I don’t recall SCOTUS exercising judicial restraint in 1973 when they turned the world on its head by creating a manufactured “rigth” to an abortion that is suggested nowhere in the text of the US Constitution.
Benedict Roberts is a complete and total, dismal failure. Without President Trump’s judicial appointments we would be so screwed.
Here is hoping that 74 year old Thomas and 72 year old Alito live very, very long and healthy lives.
What we have in Roberts is a judicial RINO. At his core, he is an opportunistic coward.

Excellent observation!
Do Supreme Court justices refer to themselves in their opinions as often as Roberts does I’m this one?
Aborting a baby is either right or wrong, regardless of its “gestational age”.

Right. And since life begins at the moment of conception, human life in the USA from that very moment is guaranteed the protections of each and every provision of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. That is why, although I am happy with the Dobbs decision, it does not uphold the Constitutional guarantees of children prior to birth, or even afterward for that matter.
Am I correct in thinking that this is a case against Planned Parenthood brought by PA Senator Bob Casey SR?
The old man was one of the last pro-life Democrats and a damn sight better than his son.
If the backlash lasts 20 years, we’ll have more permissive abortion laws than today.
Incrementalism was unlikely to create the same backlash. Maybe
I guess ask the adoption agency - a birth mother chose them.
