Why should viability be a standard for anything?

Aborting a baby is either right or wrong, regardless of its “gestational age”.

Right. And since life begins at the moment of conception, human life in the USA from that very moment is guaranteed the protections of each and every provision of the Constitution and Bill of Rights. That is why, although I am happy with the Dobbs decision, it does not uphold the Constitutional guarantees of children prior to birth, or even afterward for that matter.
