The former Wisconsin Supreme Court justice hired to investigate President Joe Biden’s victory in the battleground state testified Thursday that he routinely deleted records, and deactivated a personal email account, even after receiving open records requests.

Michael Gableman testified in a court hearing about whether the person who hired him, Republican Assembly Speaker Robin Vos, should face penalties after earlier being found in contempt for how he handled the records requests from American Oversight.

Dane County Circuit Judge Valerie Bailey-Rihn did not say when she would rule in the case.

Vos hired Gableman a year ago, under pressure from Donald Trump, to investigate the former president’s loss to Biden by just under 21,000 votes in Wisconsin. The investigation has cost taxpayers about $900,000 so far. Biden’s victory has survived two recounts, multiple lawsuits, a nonpartisan audit and a review by a conservative law firm.

Gableman has issued two interim reports, but his work has faced a barrage of bipartisan criticism. Vos put his work on hold this spring pending the outcome of lawsuits challenging his ability to subpoena elected officials and others who worked on elections.

SOOOOOO - Wisconsin was only able to "turn out" 97 percent of Obama's record 2008 vote.

But, but - Wisconsin was a Hub And Center of open and notorious vote fraud activity in 2020, with more and more coming out every day:

• Wisconsin Supreme Court says 200,000 indefinitely confined status "votes" are suspect.

Biden's presidency has come at the cost of losing the greatest economy ever, and has produced high-inflation, very high gas prices, loss of respect all over the world, high-crime rates in blue state/blue cities, and loss of the American dream, and open borders that have allowed around 3 million illegal aliens into the U.S., and very high national debt.

If Biden actually won with no fraud,then why should anybody, including all democrats, fear recounts and investigations. That’s deceptive. Obama numbers likely involved cheating too. However, the state seems to have been turning Red in the next election. Biden gained around 300,000 more votes from the Clinton election. The state is small so it is large gain from one election to the next.

Gableman himself admitted he deleted records and violated the rules and, probably, the law. The Wisconsin GOP has nobody to blame for this screwup than themselves. Imagine if this had come out at trial?
