Okay, how will this actually play out? Will citizens now be allowed to open carry or conceal carry--and in NY and similar states, while I doubt they will become shall-issue, what archane rules will they devise or will they, like DC, thumb their nose at the Supreme Court?

And will this impact my ability to carry when I travel to California or New York? My need for self-defense is no less real when I cross a state line.

Yes, good news indeed, but sorry to burst your bubble, but the rule of law is dead. We all know Democrats will find 1,000 ways to circumvent laws they don’t like. I’ve outed a few of them last week. The soc-alled “sleepers” where they show up to gloat or divide like last election. You know a DU op guy on the forum when they reply on “non-heated” threads as camouflage, but important ones like 2A, they go the opposite way or sound vague. I recommend looking at Freepers post history to easily see where they really lean and easier to spot.

From what I’ve been hearing, “May Issue,” concealed carry permits are now gone. All states must become, “Shall Issue.”
