That's probably the most shocking - to me - statistic in this essay. It is a reflection of the stubborn insistence on the part of liberals in general to consider the whole social continuum to be a zero-sum gain in which taking the "privileged" side down is more important than building the "oppressed" side up. This is worsened by the invalid Marxist notion that you can even split society up that way.
The number of Democrat men who believe that males are undervalued in today's society has exploded from 28% among boomers to 60% among younger generations.
That's nearly as shocking. One thing it shows is that the incessant propagandizing that was supposed to produce a permanent change in thought isn't permanent at all, and that control over the language doesn't really confer control over behavior. They were warned.
