Data from the latest Economist/YouGov poll finds that Americans have grown more pessimistic when it comes to Ukraine’s path to victory. This week's was the first survey since we began asking who is winning the war — about a month after it began — in which more Americans say that Russia is winning (25%) than say Ukraine is (19%). In recent weeks the share who say neither side is winning also has increased, to 38%.

The failed Johnson regime has been the biggest propagandists and liars in this whole war.
Johnson is Britain's George W. Bush.
Nonsense. There are plenty of independent journalists on YouTube -- Alex Christoforou/Alexander Mercouris (The Duran), Jacob Dreizen, Larry Johnson (SONAR 21), Clayton and Natali Morris (Redacted), Gonzalo Lira and Scott Ritter. And, each and every one of them has said Russia is winning and will get exact how it is winning.
“I follow Defense Politics Asia.”
Then, you are better informed than 99.9% of the people here. This thing has never been close, nor have the objectives been what has been reported. This has been a massive psy-op along the same lines as the “Russia hacking” op of 2016. This one has actually worked for a while. Whew.
Stalemate.
100%. It will be another sign in 6 months too. They don’t care about their causes, they care about virtue signal and superiority it gives them in their feeble minds and souls.
Has won.
“I have noticed that it is almost all lefties flying Ukrainian flags outside their houses here.”
************************************************
Lefties and gullible chumps who naively march to the war drums and the incessant propaganda.
The war was over Ukraine surviving as an independent state. When I wrote about it on February 24th I didn’t give them a snowball’s chance in hell.
But they survived and survive. That’s a win
The world is in a transition period now and that can always be upsetting for some people. But, it is useful to look at how the people bringing about this transition view things.
Here is a post from a pro-Russian blogger about the current move to a “multi-polar” world.

1. 30 years of American hegemony in the world is over. Whatever the outcome of the current conflict, large and independent countries have received a clear image of how, in relation to Russia, those transmission belts were set in motion and thereby opened, through which the “unipolarity” worked - and in the coming years they will do everything to ensure that to cut them off. The questions we ask ourselves are about technological, financial, digital, etc. sovereignty - are now set for themselves in every country that claims in the 21st century for at least some independent role. World trade will change: now that unilateral sanctions and asset seizures have been used as weapons, no one will believe that the world of the dollar, digital platforms and “British law” is a “safe haven”. Attacking us in response to NWO, they had the only chance to save this infrastructure of control - if the sanctions blitzkrieg worked. But he failed, and in the struggle for attrition, the chances are no longer for those who have iPhones and dollars, but for those who have food, oil and an army.
2. Considering this fact, we are faced with two questions: what will happen and what should we do during this transitional period of the collapse of the old system, and how we want to see and build the world that will arise in the place of Pax Americana. Especially considering the fact that this will have to be done in the struggle - the apologists for the “end of history” will stand their ground to the last.
3. Globalism stood on three pillars: the dollar as the world’s reserve currency, the US and NATO armies as the most powerful and expensive military machine in the world, and digital infrastructure as the main communication system controlled from a single center. In the coming years, there will be a rebalancing along all these lines: the role of the dollar will fall, countries will strengthen their defense capabilities, leveling the balance, and digital and technological sovereignty will become one of the key priorities for everyone - not just ours.
4. Giving answers to the question about the image of the future world, we are also obliged to give an answer about the future of our own country, its place in this world. And also about what all this means for each person. How to live now, what to hope for, what to prepare for, what to teach children, what plans to make for the future.
5. What is happening now? There is a preparation for a collision of new world centers of power with the remnants of the old world order. Russia acted as a skirmisher, and it is expected that all the bumps are now falling on it. But it is already clear that we will hold out, we have a sufficient margin of safety for this. And when this becomes obvious to everyone, adventures like the American bombing of Yugoslavia, the invasion of Iraq, Libya or Syria will no longer be possible - the world will understand that in such cases, Americans can and should say “no”. Moreover, Europe will be the first to understand this, which is now, with a gnashing of teeth, aware of the fact that the proxy war with Russia is being waged almost entirely at their expense, moreover, to the detriment of their own vital interests.
6. What are we counting on in this confrontation? First, on ourselves - we will not retreat: neither in Ukraine, nor in global politics. Secondly, to the strength and wisdom of the leaders and peoples of the non-Western world - who have adopted the principles of openness, cooperation and free trade, and now they will not allow them to be destroyed by those who proclaimed and promoted them for so long, while it was beneficial for them. Thirdly, on the historical inevitability - the future belongs to those who develop faster than the rest of the world, and today this is not the West at all.
7. Our experience of survival and development under sanctions, in conditions of military conflict on the borders and external pressure will be important and useful not only for us. Those decisions that we make, those technologies that we develop and apply - in all areas, from defense and security to social policy and business development - will later become a ready-made package for any country that wants to achieve not nominal, but full-fledged sovereignty. And we will gladly share them in order to make the world freer, fairer, more equal and multipolar in the full sense of the word. Let’s do it together.

A.) Numerous outlets, left, right, and center, once talked about this:
Salon, 2/2/22:
“...The most critical events that have been airbrushed out of the West’s political narrative are the violation of agreements made by Western leaders at the end of the Cold War not to expand NATO into Eastern Europe, and the U.S.-backed coup in Ukraine in February 2014... in which an armed mob led by the neo-Nazi Right Sector militia stormed the Ukrainian parliament, forcing [legally] elected President Viktor Yanukovych and members of his party to flee for their lives. ...”
B.) In 2014, Ukraine undemocratically overthrew its legally-elected President with the backing of the Obama regime. The people in the East revolted. Ukraine sent the army to put down the rebellion. Russia sent in the little green men. For 8 years the Ukraine army has been battling to put down the rebellion.
This is sadly what can occur when free and fair elections are overturned.
Besides, they now have revenge forever.
C.) WION, Gravitas Plus: Did NATO push Ukraine into war?
“Ukraine conflict has been ‘westsplained’ enough. On Gravitas Plus, Palki Sharma tells you how Western arrogance & NATO’s expansionism are also to blame, how their actions precipitated the crisis in Ukraine.”
I thought Johnson was supposed to be the British Donald Trump. Isn’t that what he hopes the hair is supposed to signal?
“Hit and run gorilla”
Where are they going to find enough gorillas to conduct this war? I thought they were an endangered species.
Haha!
Fake news dominates about Ukraine. Russia is cleaning house.
Ayn Rand was right. Next there’ll be a global opinion poll on whether NYC exists, and the majority will say that it does not because its existence contradicts their beliefs.
