Employees at an Apple store in Towson, Maryland voted Saturday to join a union, a significant achievement for organized labor that could encourage employees at other Apple stores to unionize. The Towson store is the first unionized Apple store in the U.S.

The vote is a defeat for Apple, which has opposed unionization efforts, and could energize workers at the company’s other retail locations to move forward with organizing.

Honestly I think Apple deserves it. These companies promote very leftist culture but they don’t want to have to pay the economic price for it.

The funny part is that Apple has already been closing, moving and renovating stores in recent years, as well as opening new stores. They honestly do have a track record of that, long before any unionization attempts took place. So they’ll have that track record to point to when they close the store and the inevitable lawsuit ensues.

I live in West Hollyweird, Kalifornia and have seven Apple stores within, say, 12 miles. If this catches hold I wonder which stores will get the “86” order...The Grove, Beverly Center, Century City Mall, Glendale, Pasadena, Santa Monica, Topanga Plaza. (I know I’ve left out some.) The Lefties ruin everything they touch so sic transit Apple Stores. I will truly miss you.
