The SEC is just another constitutionally undefined, post-17th Amendment ratification federal regulatory agency run by non-elected bureaucrats, such agencies giving corrupt, career lawmakers a place to hide behind in an election year.

Also, neither have the states given the feds the constitutionally express power to deal with junk science global warming, just another politically correct excuse to justify unconstitutional, unaccountable federal spending imo.
