ABC’s legal analyst Sunny Hostin predicted Wednesday on ABC’s “The View” that the House Select committee investigating the U.S. Capitol riot will make a criminal referral to the Department of Justice for former President Donald Trump.
Hostin said, “I really think that people are paying attention to the hearings.”

Right before the elections, we can the Dems deflecting from the Bidenconomy and Bidenflation via their Soviet-style hearings.
1.) Pelosi hand-picked the Jan. 6th committee, packing it with Trump haTers, with two Republicans being kept off of it, at least one through unproven allegations.
2.) Rachel Maddow, on video, torpedoed the Jan. 6th committee:
“Just a key point, that yes, there was a pro-Trump rally at which the president spoke. And we can absolutely talk about all the things the president said there. *But the idea that that rally is the thing that got out of hand and that somehow resulted in the breaching of the capitol – that rally was very far from the Capitol* and the people who, as you say, did the initial breach, that allowed everybody else to come in, *they never even went to that rally.”*
3.) Liz Cheney, during the Jan. 6 hearing on Thursday night, read a tweet from President Donald Trump, but omitted where he told protesters to “go home with love and in peace.”
4.) Dems are smearing Trump with the conclusionary leap that any talk between the Proud Boys and others with Bannon or Giuliani automatically means it’s between the Proud Boys or others with Trump.
5.) If Dems like Pelosi cared about threats against high-level people on Jan. 6th, they would have been more than vigilant in hardening security for SCOTUS after Kavanaugh’s life was threatened.
6.) Parisan hacks are both including and excluding the information they desire from being discussed on the committee.
7.) $5 gas. 40-year high inflation. 74% of baby formula out-of-stock. 15,000-person migrant caravan headed to America.
Etc, etc.
Americans have no bread, so Democrats give us committee circus cake instead.
BFT (Big Frickin’ Talk) - Is she (Ms. Hostin) willing to put her job at The View on the line for her bet? I think not.
Libs never keep their words on bets like that anyway. Remember all those Libs who said they were leaving the country if Trump got elected? I don’t recall ANY of the keeping their word. No, we had to listen to their incessant whining for all 4 years.

I tried to find the article that was posted here a day or two ago but couldn’t.
In it one of the people on the committee was asked if they would be charging President Trump with anything.
The quote was something like - “we don’t have the authority to do that.”
The J6 committee is nothing more that a fictional TV show.
Yeah you keep dreaming Sunny cause its NOT gonna happen..EVER..I’ll believe Schumer will be brought up on criminal charges before Trump does..cause Schumer went on the supreme court steps and openly called for supreme court justices to be murdered and look at that, an attempt was made last week
How will they explain away all the testimony and video they cut and pasted to change the narrative of what people said?
Many are already saying that this committee has tampered with testimony and video.
