Emmanuel Macron has been accused of betraying Ukraine after figures showed that French imports of Russian gas rose during the invasion of Ukraine.
Figures show France received €900m worth of Kremlin gas while bombs rained down on Ukraine in the past two months.

This lunatic support of Ukraine, and making people into a villian if they don’t support Hunter Biden’s payoffs, is bizarre.
Biden’s claimed “unity of the EU and NATO” sanctions are being revealed as a hollow gesture. Germany still buying all the gas and oil from Russia they can get. Japan buying Russian coal. Biden secretly coaching US companies to buy Russian fertilizer. Brazil, relying on Russian fertilizer to save their agriconomy. Now France exposed as a Russian gas customer. No wonder the ruble is stronger now than it was a year ago.

France leadership has been completely self serving for a long while, all while being sanctimonious and lecturing the world.

Biden’s “toughest sanctions ever” were hollow and toothless....as most of us knew....now we can see that Russia is making good money on the high price of oil.
Never put a sanction in place you cannot enforce. The EU will break the sanctions every time.
The only country being hurt by the sanctions is the USA, maybe England.
Once again, Biden's policies backfired. He should have gotten oil to 35/bbl with excess supply before he engaged in his proxy war.

Announced this morning the Freeport LNG facility in Texas that had an explosion some few days ago will not be repaired until late 2022. That will further erase Europe alternatives to Russian gas.
“Betrays Ukraine”? Interesting how the default position is that everyone in the world should be fully loyal to Ukraine and anything it wants.
Ukraine got in bed with the most evil, duplicitous back-stabbers on Earth…American politicians and their families. Like the American people, they are going to suffer for it. Hopefully, they’ll get a chance to learn from it. I very much doubt we here will get such an opportunity.
