Fox News analysts Karl Rove said on this week’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday” that unless protesters were arrested outside the houses of Supreme Court Justices, it is “open season on judges.”
Discussing the arrest of an armed man outside Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s home, Rove said, “The American Civil Liberties Union says this statue, we interpret at the following way, we point to a Supreme Court Case that suggests that as long as they keep moving in front of the house, If they are stationary, they should be arrested but if they are moving in front of the house have a right to try and influence a Supreme Court Justice. That is ridiculous.”

That is true. It’s akin to jury tampering like organized crime used to do.
Why did they bring this guy back?
When I first traveled to Red China and saw the Forbidden City, I marveled that the Maoists had still kept it around when they had gotten rid of so much else. Same with some monument at Tiananmen Square. My boss, who was Chinese, couldn’t explain the existence of either with a straight face. The brainwashing is heavy in Red China.

You are ignoring the FACT that is is AGAINST FEDERAL LAW to protest outside the home of a Supreme Court judge!
DOJ is ignoring Federal Law!

It isn’t just about the Speech, it is also about the Assembly.
“the right of the people peaceably to assemble” -— They are disturbing the peace in a residential neighborhood. They are intimidating and threatening. They have loudspeakers and are playing music and shouting. In a residential neighborhood. Bork and Thomas and Scalia would probably all have issues with this.
This is clearly “disturbing the peace,” and would have been considered as such in any other time in this country.
A slippery slope here all this.
Any existing federal law as has been stated in this case will only be used against the good people of this country not the leftists when it’s all said and done anyway.
The ability of the people to interdict the loss of their liberty is in danger we learned that during COVID now climate policies will devastate farming for starters what recourse will the farmers have.
Republicans run from liberty so quickly as we see regarding the Second Amendment and these ten US Senators.
What political recourse is there?
I would be happy if when he makes an appearance on Hannity or some other suck a## show there is a stick figure of him on his eraser board and that’s it
