Former President Donald Trump could face his first charges for trying to overturn the results of the 2020 election as early as this month.
On Friday, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis told the Associated Press that she expects to come to a decision on whether her office will charge the former president by June 30 for allegedly attempting to overthrow the results in Georgia.
"I certainly think that in the first half of the year that decision will be made," Willis said.
Willis has been investigating Trump's efforts to intervene in Georgia's 2020 election for more than 16 months. Trump lost the state by a narrow margin of 0.23 points.

Obviously the Rats are desperate about their coming November 8th wipeout in Georgia and trying to change the subject. Funny how it will have the opposite effect of increasing pro-Trump turnout for Walker, Kemp and even Ratsburger.
They should be able to get him on failure to buckle his seatbelt in the President’s limo.
Will he be allowed discovery? If this were any kind of legitimate trial, he could turn around and indict the DEMS.

Liz Cheney during the Jan. 6 hearing on Thursday night read a tweet from President Donald Trump but omitted where he told protesters to “go home with love and in peace.”
However,if it happens we all know that it was inevitable...some Federal,or state,prosecutor would find a way.

What are Democrats doing to solve this? Holding a partisan, Soviet-style January 6th show trial hearimgs where they include information they think builds their narrative against Trump nd exclude statements and whatever they don’t want.
Americans have no bread, so Democrats give us committee circuses instead.
