Frankly I couldn’t care much less about how Europe operates
since I can’t change it, but if it is attacked, I’m going to
defend it’s nations while they defend themselves. I’m
certainly not going to attempt to glorify the invader.
The Ukraine was no threat at all to Russia. Tens of
thousands of people have been killed, and Russia is busy
taking resources and land from it.
Many treasures of the Ukrainian and Russian past are being
destroy on Putin’s whim, and desire to be the next Peter
the Great.
What he’s going to wind up being is Putin the Executioner.

Taiwan declaring independence would basically be Taiwan saying they no longer are the rightful rulers of the mainland. Why would they do that? Eventually the Commies will do something to get themselves killed, and at that point Taiwan (RoC) can move back home!

China and Russia send sea-going tugboats with their fleets. NATO doesn’t. The US Navy doesn’t. The idea that a country that generally builds crap in the commercial markets will field a first class military is pure delusion.

I recall Trump saying they’re tough to make deals with. He knows all to well as do any who are aquainted with Chinese culture and their history. You atually have to figure out what they’re going to do after they’ve had their say because it will never be as they say.
I really see nothing attractive morally nor dignified about our country at this time. Nothing is honored and what shouldn’t be is. Other countries see this decay in our culture.
