Ukrainian troops are suffering massive losses as they are outgunned 20 to one in artillery and 40 to one in ammunition by Russian forces, according to new intelligence painting a bleak picture of the conflict on the frontline.
For the first time since the war began, there is now concern over desertion. The report, seen by The Independent, says the worsening situation in the Donbas, with up to a hundred soldiers being killed a day, is having “a seriously demoralising effect on Ukrainian forces as well as a very real material effect; cases of desertion are growing every week”.

Artillery has an enormous psychological impact.
Especially ongoing.
They don’t call it shell shock for nothing.
And NOBODY does artillery like the Russians.

Ukraine isnt even a country. It is an area of land stuck between Russia and Germany with Poland to the NW. It’s never had the attributes of an actual country.

It has an Army, Navy, Marines, Special Forces, Air Force, National Anthem, Capital city, a century of heroes, and its own flag. We never heard from them until the invasion! See “Attributes” in abundance.

Thank you for the link to the Ukrainian parade. It is hard to believe how many Freepers love to hate Ukraine. I’ve been there and love the place. The Donbas was fabulous before the fake “Separatist” movement and Russia’s Mafia tactics and then troops destroyed so much of it.
Perhaps it’s the former Soviet mannerisms in displaying their obvious patriotism.
“My money” left my control because of “the 2020 steal”. This war wouldn’t have taken any blood because it wouldn’t have happened with Trump in office.
