They get up to 40 by using rigged sampling. The real number is between 27 and 33%. The MSM can keep Biden from total collapse because it’s just a fact that a third of US voters are clueless idiots. If they covered Biden the way they covered Trump he would be in the 10-15% range within a day or two.
